We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.

Return window

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to return

1. Email returns@example.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping label.
3. Drop off the package at any approved courier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

• Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right item to you.
